İTKİB Eğitim, Araştırma ve Danışmanlık Hizmetleri DESTEK A.Ş., is a company founded as the coordination centre of the cluster organised as a result of the Fashion and Textile Business Cluster Project (MTK), financed by the European Union and İTKİB. İTKİB DESTEK A.Ş., is one of the first official cluster coordination centres in Turkey. Active since March 2006, as the founder and coordinator of MTK, İTKİB DESTEK A.Ş. mainly aims at increasing the international competitive edge of the Turkish textile and apparel industry. In line with this goal, the cluster coordinates and manages all the functions of MTK (Istanbul Textile and Apparel R&D Centre (ITA)), Istanbul Moda Academy (İMA) and Istanbul Textile and Apparel Counselling Centre (IDM)
